1. Change UFO@NLO conventions so that the 'loop_particles' attribute of
   the particles instances of the model is no longer a list of instances
   of the 'Particle' class but simple integer PDG. This makes the
   UFO model construction linear.

 1. Added a unit test to make sure there is no modification on a UFO model
    loaded as a border effect of its translation to a MG5 model.
 2. Re-structured how wavefunction renormalization counterterms are treated
    so as to avoid modifying the ufo model 'all_couplings' attribute.
