Combination branch for v. 0.6.0 before merge to trunk. The new additions in this branch will be:
- C++ Standalone output
- New color structures (color sextets and eps^{ijk})
- Fixes to diagram generation routines etc.

Multifermion vertices will come in version 0.6.1.
Developments relating to MadEvent will wait until the next major version, 1.0.0.
