Fixed the problem that the value of alpha_s written in event file for
the first events in each channel was the value in the param_card
(without any running). Now the value of alpha_s written is the
actually used in the computation of that event.

Also, added Olivier's change revision 398 of 2.3.4 ("change the LHA
strategy to 3 if the events are normalised to the sum").
