In the makefiles, use LDFLAGS during linking, not FFLAGS (which should
only be used to create the object files).
Also, replaced the mypool.close() by

time.sleep(1)
mypool.terminate()

to make sure that all ajob's are written and that all the instances of
aMC@NLO for the parrallel compilation are killed.
