working version:
   - the code has not one but three grid for all t-channel mass variable
   - the splitting in three grid is done at the end of the second iteration
   - the splitting correspond to the where the bin of the first t-channel is
   - other dimension are untouched
Issue:
   - memory managment (size of the grid is increased by 96 not by 3)
   - the setup of the special dimension is done at each phase-space point (not clean)
Comment:
   - Time speed up was not existent standard code was actually slightly faster --within error--
   - ping pong t-channel strategy was actually a better strategy (was 20% faster)
