- fix bug for the computation of systematics when running with python2.6
- when a user ask import model MODELPATH and that such path does not exist, we now check the model db and create the model at that position.

 Applgrid+aMCFast was broken for some processes
 (since https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mg5core1/mg5amcnlo/2.6.5/revision/274.1.48)
 due to wrong information written into initial_states_map.dat.
 Fixed now.
