Description of the change

This is a sync request, the version 1.4.0-2 from Debian satisfy our delta (mostly no change rebuilds):

  * bump compatibility level to fix FTBFS (LP: #1627834).
  * Rebuild for new armel compiler default of ARMv5t.
  * rebuild rest of main for armel armv7/thumb2 optimization;
    UbuntuSpec:mobile-lucid-arm-gcc-v7-thumb2
  * No-change rebuild to gain FORTIFY defaults.
  * New upstream version.
  * debian/patches/002.CAN2005-0108.diff: Remove, applied upstream.
  * Build with -fno-strict-aliasing.
  * Bump debhelper to v5.

The only change not addresses in the Debian package is the addition of the -fno-strict-aliasing build flag. After asking doko about it (he made this change in 2008) he said if there is no related warning in the build log it is ok to remove it. The build log does not have any related warning, so this is not a problem.

This package was uploaded to this PPA and it was built in all the architectures: https://launchpad.net/~lucaskanashiro/+archive/ubuntu/focal-libpam-radius-auth-sync
