Description of the change
This is a sync request, the version 1.4.0-2 from Debian satisfy our delta (mostly no change rebuilds):
* bump compatibility level to fix FTBFS (LP: #1627834).
* Rebuild for new armel compiler default of ARMv5t.
* rebuild rest of main for armel armv7/thumb2 optimization;
UbuntuSpec:
* No-change rebuild to gain FORTIFY defaults.
* New upstream version.
* debian/
* Build with -fno-strict-
* Bump debhelper to v5.
The only change not addresses in the Debian package is the addition of the -fno-strict-
