Change how the short-ID generating function works. Now instead of returning 'b'..'z', 'ba'..'zz', it properly returns 'a'..'z', 'a'..'zz'.

Remove debug information from renameID.

Add --shorten-ids to the Inkscape plugin as well as the command-line utility.

Added --shorten-ids, which attempts to shorten the id attributes within SVG documents, assigning the shortest ids to the most often-used elements.

This is not unlike Java/CIL bytecode obfuscators, which attempt to rename private methods to 'a', 'b', etc.
