Damn. The local branch wasn't in sync with the official one. Manually merged revisions 579-581: Display the 'Download dir' toolbar button on Windows. Use different directories to store LottaNZB's configuration and HellaNZB's working files on Windows.

LottaNZB's working directory doesn't need to be set to sys.prefix on Windows anymore to ensure that hellanzb.exe is found.

This makes it possible to enqueue NZBs from the browser of your choice and the Windows explorer.
