Plugin rssreader renamed to rss. And its description has been shortened a little bit.

@Sander: I hope you're fine with that. IMHO, the "reader" is not really necessary as there will most probably not be a plugin that "writes" an RSS feed or something like that.

Saving is now working as well. It seems that the plug-in is now fully functional. It will need a lot of testing with different feeds..
