Move the 'Open Web Interface...' menu item below 'Open Directory...'.

Rename the 'Web' preferences tab to 'Remote Access' as none of its options are (exclusively) related to the web interface. They're related to remote access instead. I figured this out when writing the corresponding help topic and noticed that the UI labels just don't make any sense.

Move the 'Open...' link from the 'Web' preferences tab to the file menu as 'Open Web Interface...', where it's firstly much more accessible and secondly, makes it possible to rename the 'Web' tab to 'Remote Access' in the future.
