Point to pc-gadget mirror

Add definition of Ubuntu Server arm64

Currently using extra-packages to pull relevant boot bits. This should
really be in a seed or pulled through a metapackage.

This shouldn't be called pc-arm64 but really just arm64, but since
livecd-rootfs already expects this name, let's use it.

Switch pc gadget url to the mirror url.

Add a test version of an amd64 image-definition. Mostly for testing.

Use the LP mirror of out github gadget repositories as livefs builders cannot access github.

Rename the pi desktop image.

Merge branch 'lunar' of git+ssh://git.launchpad.net/~jawn-smith/ubuntu-images into lunar

Change mirror to the full ports.ubuntu.com to fix software-properties issue

Set discard mount-option for /

Add preinstalled raspi desktop image
