crontab: add nvidia-tegra subtree entry

Also build a daily preinstalled Server image for arm64+tegra
subarches using the cdimage subtree namespacing feature. Will allow
dropping the second daily run immediately after the daily images.

We added a second daily preinstalled Server image for arm64+tegra*
subarches as it wasn't part of the released set and we needed a
daily on cdimage. This led to the idea of implementing cdimage subtree
support.

Use germinate --vcs=git, not --vcs=auto
