Adding PropertyBinder, a utility class that takes a control and connects its value updates to the property of a skin widget. Added a skin option for <Connection> groups, <BindProperty>, which allows you to specify the property that is updated when the control changes. Mainly useful for hiding or showing widgets based on the value of a control
