Remove trusty support from future builds

Tenacity has sunset support for python3.4 which means that future
wheelhouse builds of tenacity may not support trusty.
stable/trusty branch has been stripped off from master and is in
charmstore as cs:~llama-charmers/canonical-livepatch-12.
