I don't know whether this is a change for this year, or whether it's
always been wrong and I've just never noticed.

can record a timing stream in decoded format (with 0.3.0, coming soon!)
it helps figure out the rest of the packets.

year, they've dropped the columns between the sector times for
each of the pit stop times. Instead it seems that the pit stop
time appears in the new Sector 3 column (old Sector 2 column).
* src/display.c (_update_cell): Increase the amount of space
available for sector times, just in case they increase it.
