Description of the change

This merge proposal re-enables armhf builds for r-bioc-affxparser. It's not very clear why this was disabled when looking at https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-affxparser/-/commits/master/?ref_type=HEADS.

But I do notice this package builds and passes the autopkgtest on armhf.

The Debian maintainers of r-bioc-* packages decided to stop building binaries for 32-bit architectures in most of their packages.

The armhf binaries were removed in LP: #2077420, so this merge is no longer needed.
