places/green.svg: Fix 24px music and documents icons

The ID was on the folder object, not on the group which contains the folder and
the icon on top.

Rerender all places icons

These were originally rendered with the wrong dpi output from inkscape. This
left all of our HiDPI folders with the wrong size. Now that our templates and
build script are set up properly re-add these at the proper sizes

green places: Fix some issues with the src template

Remove the network icon that we don't want to use and recolor the trash icons
to match the pngs we imported directly from Arc.

render_places.py: Fix a couple of issues

Make the script work properly with the "All" and "Green" arguments. Also
change the output dpi to 192 for HiDPI folders. This changes quite some time
ago in Inkscape and we need to do this to get the proper output size.
