Use symbolic icons by default

Ship symbolic icons for the tray

Most themes are incomplete and only provide two icons for bluetooth state (enabled
and disabled, no icon for paired state).

By pointing to our own icon names we ensure this works for all themes, and themes
still have the ability to override this if they want.

blueberry.py: Fix handling of the device name/alias.

Bluez no longer maintains an adapter's presence on dbus when it
is softblocked by rfkill, as a result we don't have a way of finding
out a device's alias (or even name) until the block is removed.

- No longer try to display the alias in the popover entry if bluetooth
is deactivated - show a hint instead to turn it on.
- Refactor handling of names a bit to simplify
- Make popover modal, and only update the device name when enter is
hit or the entry loses focus.
- Fix blueberry-obex-agent kill (bug in debian/lmde breaks providing
killall with the full process name.
