Merge lp:~linaro-toolchain-dev/gcc-linaro/alt-sched-pressure-4.6 into lp:gcc-linaro/4.6

Adds -fsched-pressure-algorithm=model, as an alternative to the usual
-fsched-pressure algorithm (now named -fsched-pressure-algorithm=weighted).
I'll be sending a more detailed write-up to the benchmark list.
