Description of the change

Adds -fsched-pressure-algorithm=model, as an alternative to the usual
-fsched-pressure algorithm (now named -fsched-pressure-algorithm=weighted).
I'll be sending a more detailed write-up to the benchmark list.

cbuild has taken a snapshot of this branch at r106857 and queued it for build.

The diff against the ancestor r106853 is available at:

Yes. The feature has been merged in the meantime via another branch; this branch is no longer needed. Setting to "rejected".
