  * renamed auto-root-console to auto-serial-console:
    - allows to run something other then root shell
  * added configuration file support: /etc/default/autogetty
    - arguments for getty can be defined
    - option to enable/disable
  * replaced /bin/autoconsoletty with improved version which handles
    different speeds
