Description of the change

Refactor code to user python-jenkins instead of jenkinsapi. Also rename our jenkins aplication.
Add create view for integration tests loop.
Update "jenkins start" config scripts a bit.

Small change please wrap the line in jenkins.py for 80 columns
ret = Popen(cmd, stdout=log_fd, stderr=STDOUT, env={"JENKINS_HOME":self.jenkins_home})

otherwise looks good.
