This is convenient and necessary for chinese user, because they are accustomed to login linux with root. if users want to use this module, they should add "- set_admin_pass" under the section "cloud_init_modules" in /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg cloud.py and __init__.py are modified to fetch admin_pass from cloud object.
