Sexier errors!

Instead of showing the errors as cells in a tree view, we now show them
as marked-up text. This allows users to copy and paste the errors.

After much tribulation, we got the filenames functioning as links. At the
moment, clicking on the links just prints out a URL to stdout. But hey,
it's a start.
