Reviewed and updated Linda Xu's "FTWR" changes: corrected indendations and other minor coding style
issues, fixed some spelling errors. Updated comments in mylvmbackup.conf.
Simplified the query override functionality: just provide a different WHERE clause for finding long running
queries by passing it via "query_override" in mylvmbackup.conf (instead of providing a file name)
