Added preseed config setting network interfaces to auto

First, this branch includes packaging files to make a Debian package from the project.

Second, this branch improves the startnat.sh script to take network port names from a configuration file. This is done to make it friendlier for packaging, so that users won't need to edit a script installed in /usr/sbin.
