Start the basics of a bootstrp navbar, upgrade jquery to 1.7.1 and upgrqde jquery ui to the latest version. Also fix the plugin docs popup as it no longer worked after upgrade. removed the dialog.js file as it was no longer needed after fix

added bootstrap css and updated the demo files in the root of the install to use bootstrap

Fixes the SQL to make it bring back all the groups for the users list view. Also fixes a small typo on the blog general settings page.
