Modified Lab/2.5-create-nodes.sh to use the lab variable added in the previous commit.

Added the section 1 lab scripts Lab/1.1-install-virt-pkgs.sh Lab/1.2-config-network-bridge.sh

Sliced the section 1 tasks out of Lab/2.1.1-install-maas-vm.sh. Put them in the new files Lab/1.1-install-virt-pkgs.sh and Lab/1.2-config-network-bridge.sh

Added a variable to scripts/lab_variables for the section 1 scripts.

Rearranged order of lab_variables file to account for one variable using the value of another variable and to put the variables containing executables at the bottom.

Removed the configure-juju.sh and configure-maas.sh scripts so students aren't tempted to take shortcuts and perform the steps themselves. Also, configure-juju.sh wasn't kept up-to-date on the changes to Juju.

Changed the order of cloud name/controller name in the bootstrap command to accomodate the change in Juju.
Alphabetized the variables to match the documentation.

Added initial two scripts for section 12 (autopilot).

Lab/11.2-config-juju-for-OS.sh: Switched controller name and cloud name to adjust for the change in Juju behavior.

Lab/3.2-bootstrap-juju.sh: Switched controller name and cloud name to adjust for the change in Juju behavior.

Lab/11.3-deploy-ghost.sh: Added sleep calls to give the charms time to deploy prior to executing subsequent commands.

Lab/11.5-deploy-ghost-bundle.sh: Added sleep calls to give the charms time to deploy prior to executing subsequent commands.

Lab/2.3-config-rack.sh: Added sleep calls to help prevent timing issues with enabling DHCP.

Lab/2.5-create-nodes.sh: Changed the cpu options to match those in the student workbook.

Added the Section 11 labs in script format.
Fixed a typo in 10.1 script.
Changed get-config and set-config to just config to allign it with the current Juju command.
Changed and reverted the 2.1.1 script.

Added script to create tags; this script is referenced in the lab manual but has not existed until now.
Replaced the YAML/openstack-simplestream-sync.yaml file with YAML/openstack-simplestreams-sync.yaml.
Changed the compute tag to a storage tag; updated Lab/2.7-define-tags.sh and Lab/5.01-deploy-ceph-osd.sh.
Updated Lab/2.1.2-install-maas-packages.sh and Lab/3.1-install-juju.sh to only attempt to add MAAS and Juju PPAs if the variable is defined. Otherwise it will install whatever version is in main.
Updated lab_variables to remove the PPA value for MAAS and to remove the openstack-installer PPA completely.
