Changed my mind; removed the bits from the set up script and just added the .cloud-warnings.skip file to etc/skel.

Added the command to touch /home/ubuntu/.cloud-warnings.skip to prevent the cloud-init Ec2 metadata Service warning message.

Added Lab/2.8-check-set-disks.sh to ensure /dev/sda is set as the boot/root disk on the compute nodes; MAAS has been setting sdb as boot/root when commissioning for some reason.

Fixed the ssh-keyscan type value in 2.4-enable-libvirt.sh.
Changed the memory allocated to the Juju VM from 2G to 4G to account for the Juju built-in constraint defining a minimum of 3.5G for the bootstrap node.
