fix memory leak in gresource

This fixes a memory leak in gresource
caused by an incorrect initialization
of IBus in two different locations
(main.vala and source.vala).

If the --use-gtk argument is pressent,
and multiple ibus sources are configured
then this causes an infinite loop in
glib that quickly consumes als available
memory and crashed the process.

By moving the initialization
to the constructor we ensure
that ibus is only initialized
once.
