Description of the change

We need to update the support url for the new Ubuntu Pro page as stated here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/base-files/+bug/2046356

The current url already redirects to the right Ubuntu Pro page, but we believe the text message should already point to the updated url.
