added properties window (not connected to anything yet) and updated code to compile on Qt 5.0.

Added add/remove actions to menu (not working yet), added shortcuts for
all actions. Slightly modified code which sets number of episodes when
title are going to be marked as completed.

Added ability to update state/score/current episode for anime in the
list. For still airing anime state "Completed" is not shown, if current
episode equal total episodes state automatically set to "Completed", if
state set to "Completed" current episode automatically set to total
episodes.

Rearranged controls on layout to make it more horizontal then vertical.
Added handling of values in episodes spinner. Modified lists of states
and scores to show "Change State/Score" instead of current value to get
rid of showing state twice and labels for these controls at all. Form is
almost ready to start implementing "Update" functionality.

Reimplemented some things, optimized other things...
Now when visibility of items changes function tries to change "Title"
column's width to fit whole table into visible part to prevent
horizontal scrollbar to appear. But due to some problems with detection
of vertical scrollbar and it's width it is now always visible.
When item selected appropriate status and score are shown in the details
section dropdowns.

Forgot to remove header for QXml/QDomDocument which is no more used.
Also rearranged includes.

Changes:
* Completely rewritten XML parser, added error handling.
* Column titles now possible to translate.
* Replaced QMap with more efficient QHash.
