Fix typo in debian/changelog

Hey Leo. Thanks for this patch and help to make ubuntu better. As most of people already upgraded to precise and oneiric, I think this patch isn't useful right now (and it's not harmful as the replaces with the typo will do its role).
So, I guess it doesn't worth following the SRU process on those.

However, you are more than welcome to submit it for quantal to reduce the delta between ubuntu and debian. Thanks a lot :)

Sorry, I didn't read the side effect of this. (missed the linked bug report). Agreed it seems important enough to get it fixed then. After having a deeper look, sponsoring it.
