bin: snap init script is smarter now

The snap-init script is smarter now. It not only creates a bunch of
files from templates but also initializes a git repository and
makes sure the new snap development happens on feature/new-snap branch
so that the work can be submitted as MP.

fix regression: not possible to ssh to created image

fix regression: not possible to ssh to created image

One of the changes that has been applied as a review comment broke the
generated image in a way that it has not been posible to reach it using
ssh.

This commit reverts the offending change replacing it with an original
version.
