snap: remove depreciated "alias" keyword

The "alias" keyword is depreciated and aliases can only be defined in
the store. This snap has carried over this keyword to make sure it is
backwards compatible with systems running snapd < 2.25 however nowadays
snapd 2.25 is such an old version that it is safe to remove.

Add autogen.sh script to force Makefile regeneration

As we're basing off an upstream release tarball we have a ready built
configure script already available but do modifications on top which
doesn't trigger a recreation of the involved Makefiles. Having a
autogen.sh file available tells the snapcraft autotools plugin to run
it and with that force a regeneration of the Makefile's.

fix failing CI due to uhid not being autoconnected

The problem with the failing CI here simply is that when the bluez snap is
download from the store and the snap-declaration assertion is fetched with it
the uhid plug doesn't exist and therefor snapd can't auto connect it. The
subsequent --dangerous install of the CI built .snap doesn't trigger the
auto-connection as only signed snaps from the store will get those.

Its fine to escape for this by adding a

$ snap connect bluez:uhid

after the snap install --dangerous command

fix denials when creating raw sockets

Due to flaw in bluetooth-control interface running btmon and hcidump
commands ends with apparmor="DENIED" operation="create". This commit
quickly fixes this by adding network-control plug for them.

This change will be removed once the bluetooth-interface is fixed on the
snapd side.
