Keep showing the source type list until the user either picks at least one or cancels.

Implemented dialog that shows the user the list of types represented
by the files in the chosen directories. User can uncheck those types
that are not to be converted. This is especially useful when some of
the files have already been converted so we want to avoid decoding,
re-encoding, and overwriting.
