Install files for 'KAuth integration in document saving'

Ref the binary in the lib package....

[09:49] <sitter> Riddell: acheronUK: in this case the most appropriate place is the lib package.
the binary is in a multiarch path so it does not interfere with that, OTOH our libs usually do
not garuntee or even check binary compatible, the binary that is installed is the one that gets used.
so ktexteditor5 DEPENDS this particular kauth binary, should there be a soversio bump ktexteditor6
would have to conflict ktexteditor5 regardless of where the bin is
[09:51] <sitter> for frameworks 99% of the time the binary-with-lib best practise of putting the
binary in a second package is counter productive as we have lib->bin deps, in other libs its often
bin->lib (e.g. binary tools that use the lib but aren't functionally needed by the lib)
