* Lintian cleanup
  + Override manpage warnings as we do not generally provide manpages
  + Override everything to do with kdeinit libraries, kdeinit is a
    startup helper that is specific to the kinit framework. Kdeinit libs
    are neither fully qualified libraries nor are they supposed to be.
