Fix minor compile error when akonadi uses strigi search.

When akonadi uses strigi for search, a variable is not defined in searchwindow.cpp
due to an #ifdef. Fix by moving the variable declaration out of the #ifdef.

Fix a bug that eats 100% of CPU

The kmail calls connect() several times in Kernel::createDefaultCollectionDone() function and, even using Qt::UniqueConnection, it triggers several signals to slotDefaultCollectionsChanged() causing the bug.
Put a disconnect() to avoid this behavior.

Adding signing & encryption keys in any cases

Make sure that all the selection dialogs can use signing and ecryption
keys.
For example get rid of wrong message box:
"Examination of recipient's signing preferences yielded that the message
should be signed using OpenPGP, at least for some recipients;
however, you have not configured valid OpenPGP signing certificates for
this identity."
