Base voice changes in speaker::say on the currentTalker, rather than the default

This fixes choosing a voice from the system tray icon since we don't
keep switching back to the default voice.

Keep track of the default and current talker in Speaker class.

Use currentTalker values for speed, rate, etc. get methods.
If a filter changes the talker, use the new talker when saying text (fixes talkerchooser filter).

Fix TalkerCode translateddisplay

Show name if the talkercode has one, otherwise show the parameters.
Added operator== and operator!= to compare talkercodes by parameters only.
