remove kde-config-fcitx it's on the live cd and will be installed if needed

we use fcitx now for zh users and it has a frameworks port

Make fcitx available in the installer

In conjuction with recent im-config/language-selector changes, this will
make fcitx default for new installations of users that uses zh_* locale.

plasma-runner-telepathy-contact is old

Add kdevelop-python to supported to match its new name.

add kdeconnect-plasma

Seed kde-style-oxygen-qt4 instead of oxygen-qt4 since apparently it's by binary package.

Add oxygen-qt4 to supported so it will be in the packageset.

Add plasma-workspace-wallpapers to supported to get it in the packageset.
