Instead of relying on Lubuntu.desktop to be present, rely on the desktop file Lubuntu actually calls. While the existing code works as-is, this makes it more future-proof.

Introduce tweaks for the desktop canary image

- tweak the defaults to create an 'installer only' layout
- always display the accessibility menu in the installer
- autostart the GUI
- restore the session layout on exit for the 'try ubuntu' option
- write a configuration to tell subiquity to use the hwe kernel

the script check if the ubuntu-desktop-installer snap to be installed
to determine if the session is a canary one, which isn't ideal but should
do the job for now
