Add another heuristic for linking MIDI input and output devices that matches numerals after the device name and ignores extra non-numeric symbols dangling beyond the numeral. This restriction should hopefully prevent us from getting confused by odd device names. Add corresponding tests to verify the originally reported issue is fixed. Fixes Bug #1165501
