- removed NoNumpyException, created PlotLibraryImportException
- PlotFactory, two plot widget factories - wx (the bundled plot.py), cairoplot
- moved AccountPlotCanvas into a file (plots/wxplotpanel.py), a class rename should follow
- show a summary tab for each available plotting library in debug mode (--debug)
- otherwise choose the first available (libraries remain to be prioritized in plotfactory.py for this case)
