per last commit, also need to revert to unqualified .so file name

revert change to make-click.sh that incorrectly copied the ini file
into click using the fully qualified (PKG_APP) name. Nearby scope
historically did not use its fully qialified name, it only used APP).
Changing the ini file name to the proper PKG_APP style breaks favorites
continuity.
