  Added keyword-shared-category feature. See README.md for details but the
  essence is that you can declared that all results from child scopes that are
  aggreegated by a specific keyword display in a single category whose title
  you provide. Note that the category renderer from the first result received
  from any of the set of scopes is used for the category.
