initial configuration file for yuidoc API generation. At this time, install
yuidoc as follows:
1) Install nodejs package: sudo apt-get install nodejs
2) Install yuidoc with nodejs gloabally: sudo npm -g yuidoc
3) Build docs from source:
   * be in js/ dir
   * yuidoc . -c yuidoc-config.jason && chromium-browser
Output dir containing generated dosc is specified in yuidoc-config.json
