UBUNTU: [Config] Update config with stable changes

Two config options got introduced by upstream stable changes.
They get added to builds with default values but to make the
changes obvious, also add them to the config file:

CONFIG_DST_CACHE=y
CONFIG_USB_NET_CDC_SUBSET_ENABLE=m
