remove id clashes between general and desktop jobs

by adding `_desktop` suffix to the ones from the `desktop.pxu`.
This makes plainbox happy with the definitions.

remove redefinitions of bluez category

All four pxu files live in the same namespace (`2016.com.canonical.bluez`), so
defining a category with `id: bluez` in every pxu made them clash with each
other. This patch removes the surplus.
I left the only definition in the `general.pxu` file.

fix setup/ensure_interface_connection_setup job

The definition of the job had some part of it indented which made validation
fail (and crash during execution).
Also there was no plugin field. It looks like a manual job, so I set the plugin
to `manual`.
