Initial checkin of ubuntu-vm-builder.html, a javascript parameter generator
of commands to be passed to the ubuntu-vm-builder cli.

Currently, this is a stand-alone script that can be run in any web browser,
not requiring cgi or a web server, though this code should be easily
extendable to do so.
